Katelyn was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area. In 2005, she moved to Charlotte, NC to attend Johnson & Wales University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate’s in Baking & Pastry Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management.  Her 20-year career has always been centered in the restaurant and foodservice industries.  Before joining the Archibald team, she was a department manager in grocery retail for eight years where she learned many aspects of the business and wore many hats. 

Katelyn joined the Archibald team in January 2023. She loves attending concerts of all music genres, spending time with loved ones and friends, exploring new local places, trying not to kill her plant babies, and reading a good book.  Even after living in the south for eighteen years, she will forever cheer for her Cleveland sports teams!  Back home, she made a handful of appearances on a local news station doing baking and decorating segments.
