Jeff was born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Charlottesville, VA.  He attended the Bryan School of Business & Economics at UNC Greensboro and completed the Management Development program.  His career has spanned many aspects of the industry, including Retail Operations and Category and Merchandising Management. 

Jeff joined the Archibald team in July 2019.  He loves to dig in the dirt and spend time with his family and dog.  He has been married for 42 years, and has two sons and two grandchildren with another on the way!  He considers the Archibald team to be his extended family, and values work-life balance.
